1. Introduction
Welcome to Atithi Bhoj Tiffin Services. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our tiffin subscription delivery service operated from Kalyanpur, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh - 208017. By subscribing to or placing an order with Atithi Bhoj, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Account Registration
Users must provide an accurate phone number and valid delivery address in Kanpur to receive services. Accounts registered with false or misleading details may be suspended.
3. Subscription Rules & Cutoff Notice Period
Customers can pause or skip meals directly via the app before the designated cutoff windows (9:30 AM for Lunch, 5:00 PM for Dinner). Atithi Bhoj is not liable for missed or unfulfilled deliveries resulting from inaccurate addresses, locked premises, or unreachable contact numbers during delivery slots.
4. Payment Terms & Razorpay Security
All subscription fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and collected digitally via Razorpay secure payment gateway. Orders and subscriptions are confirmed upon receipt of successful payment authorization.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.

We collect essential personal information required to process and deliver your tiffin subscriptions:
- Contact Information: Full Name, Mobile Phone Number, Email Address.
- Delivery Location: House/Flat Number, Street/Landmark, Area, and GPS coordinates in Kanpur.
- Payment Data: Payment transaction references (Online payments are processed securely via Razorpay; raw debit/credit card or net banking credentials are never stored on our servers).
2. How We Store & Use Data
Your information is stored in secure database environments and used exclusively for fulfilling meal deliveries, sending subscription notifications, processing authorized refunds, and delivering customer support.
3. Third-Party Data Non-Sharing Policy
We do not sell, share, rent, or trade your personal information with any unauthorized third parties. Information is shared only with:
- Razorpay Software Private Limited for safe payment processing.
- Assigned delivery staff solely for completing your meal delivery.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Clear rules on meal cancellations, pauses, and refund timelines
1. Subscription Cancellation
Customers can cancel or pause an active subscription plan by using the 'Skip Meal' / 'Pause' button in the mobile app or by calling customer helpline at +91 9119724875 or emailing nigamman20@gmail.com.
2. Same-Day Cancellation Cutoff Windows
Because meal preparation begins early, same-day meal skips must be requested before cutoff times:
- Lunch Cutoff Time: 9:30 AM IST
- Dinner Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM IST
3. Same-Day Cancellation Policy
Cancellations requested after the specified cutoff time will not be eligible for a refund or meal credit, as cooking and packaging have already commenced.
4. Refund Timeline & Processing
- Refund Method: Approved refunds for cancelled plans or missed deliveries caused by operational issues will be processed back to the original source payment method via Razorpay.
- Processing Timeline: Refunds will reflect in the customer's bank account or payment source within 5 to 7 business days.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Delivery area, timings, and failed delivery guidelines
1. Delivery Radius & Service Zone
Atithi Bhoj operates from a single home kitchen in Kalyanpur, Kanpur (208017). Delivery is strictly limited to a 5 km radius from our kitchen to ensure food arrives hot and fresh. Active zones include Kalyanpur, IIT Kanpur Campus, CSJM University Campus, Kakadeo, and Rawatpur.
2. Delivery Windows
Tiffins are delivered twice daily during the following delivery slots:
- Lunch Delivery Slot: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM IST
- Dinner Delivery Slot: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST
3. Failed Delivery Policy
Our delivery executive will call the registered phone number upon reaching the address. If the customer is unreachable or unavailable after 10 minutes, the tiffin will be placed at the doorstep/gate or returned to the kitchen. No same-day refund will be granted for failed deliveries due to customer unreachability.
4. Free Delivery
Doorstep delivery is 100% FREE on all subscription plans and trial orders within our 5km service radius in Kanpur.
